Sunrise Vacation Properties is a unique rental agency specializing in renting only GOLD CROWN AWARDED timeshare properties. Why stay in a hotel or an old worn-out villa when you can stay in a fully equipped villa, town home or cottage with indoor and outdoor whirlpool spas, washer & dryer, entertainment center, bedroom TVs and living room TVs, VCRs, DVDs and stereos. All kitchens are complete with utensils, tableware and pots and pans. Linens, to include bedding, blankets, pillows bath towels and washcloths are provided in each unit. You will enjoy the professionally decorated units with their tasteful accessories, which are refurbished every five to seven years. To further enhance your vacation experience, each resort has at least one heated pool on site. Add to that, scheduled on-site and off-site activity programs for children and adults, plus easy beach access, and you can be assured of a fabulous Hilton Head experience! Many of our resorts come with a free membership at a nearby health spa, which includes use of their indoor heated pool along with the latest workout equipment.
